This a good community aquarium
fish. They are happiest if you have them in pairs. They also
like the fish tank to have a gentle water flow and lots of
plants. Like most Gourami, the male is more colorful and the
dorsal fin has a point.
Thick Lipped Gourami
Breeding: The male builds a large bubble
nest to hold the 600 or so eggs that hatch in about a day.
