Spike Tailed Paradise Fish

The Spike Tailed Paradise Fish is unique in its coloring. In prime water conditions and at breeding time the males will be red and the females will be closer to black. This little tropical fish likes a tank with a generous amount of plants and hiding places along with a slow water flow.

Spike Tailed Paradise Fish Breeding: The male Spike Tailed Paradise Fish will build a bubble nest and may use some plants pieces, too. He will guard the nest until the young can swim around on their own.
