The Silver Tip Tetra would be a
great addition to most community fish tanks. This little fish is
very peaceful and live quite a long time. They like an aquarium
with some plants and open space to swim around. As with most
tetras, good filtering and a steady flow of water are essential.
Silver Tip Tetra
Breeding: Mature Silver Tip Tetra are
fairly easy to breed. They will lay their eggs around on the
plants in your aquarium. When they hatch it is best to remove
the grown fish. You will find the most success if you make sure
to feed the new fish generously.
