The Pearl Gourami, or Leeri, is a
great community aquarium fish. It's a big one and likes to be
with at least one more of its kind. If you have a couple of
pairs, you will see displays of color from them. They are
happiest in a strong water flow with a lot of plants.
Pearl Gourami / Leeri
Breeding: The male will build a bubble nest
beneath some floating plants or amongst them and guard it. You
may want to watch your tropical fish tanks water flow so the
nest will not be disturbed.
