The Paradisefish, or Macropodus
Opercularis, is a hearty fish for your aquarium. It is also a
routy tropical fish. It can live in a community fish tank but,
it will chase around females so give them a big tank with plenty
of plants and caves to hide in.
Paradisefish /
Macropodus Opercularis Breeding: You will also want to have some
floating plants for the male Paradisefish to construct a bubble
nest under. The female will lay up to 500 eggs that take about a
days or so to hatch.
