Moustache Synodontis

The Moustache Synodontis gets its name from the little barbels placed to look very much like a moustache. This catfish is one of the few that spends most of its time upside down. It is a peaceful fish that likes to have others of the same species in the fish tank. Be careful to make sure there's plenty of space because this fish will get very large... Too large for most aquariums. It needs some hiding places but make sure to have well established plants because they might become uprooted if they are fragile.
