Malpulutta Kretseri

The Malpulutta Kretseri is a very timid fish. It also needs quite fish tank mates. This one is a challenge, is needs almost perfect conditions to thrive. An aquarium with a lot of plants and hiding places will make this tropical fish the happiest. Make sure to have floating plants and a tight aquarium lid as well because they will jump. The males are quite a bit larger than the female and have longer fins.

Malpulutta Kretseri Breeding: If conditions are near perfect in your tank, they will spawn in caves and the fry can usually swim freely with the adults.
