In prime water conditions it may even breed This tropical fish likes a tank with a generous amount of plants and hiding places along with a slow water flow. The males have a unique brown spike tail.

 

 

Brown Spike Tailed Paradise Fish Breeding: The male Brown Spike Tailed Paradise Fish will build a bubble nest and may use some plants pieces, too. He will guard the nest until the young hatch, usually in about a day or so.
