The
Angelfish comes in a lot of different varieties. Some are much
heartier than others and some are much more colorful with longer
fins. The Angelfish is usually a peaceful fish in a community
aquarium, but it still is best to keep them with other fish of
comparable size. They may eat smaller fish. This is one popular
fish and is best kept in an established fish tank with plenty of
plants and decoration. Make sure to have good filtration and
make regular partial water changes. This is a good fish to keep
in a taller aquarium to display the long fins.
Angelfish
Breeding: The Angelfish is one of the
most bred species of tropical fish. That is why you can find so
many variations. Some of the breeding is not done to take
advantage of the possible colors available, hence the many types
of Angelfish with little or no color. They lay eggs on broad
leaves or rocks and both parents tend to the young.
